Alice's Keyhole Necklace
This necklace with the Keyhole motif was inspired by the Tim Burton Alice In Wonderland movie. I wanted to create a casual piece yet one with a touch of formality. First I created the pattern using flat peyote and only two Delica colors. Then I used a blank brass metal pendant and glued some black ultra suede. I used a triangle brick stitch edging with a 3-bead picot and a self beaded bail to complete the pendant. It was then used as the focal center piece to a 3 strand necklace. Two strands are of chains with charms and the other is a beaded spiral rope. This pattern is complete with diagrams, illustrations, written instructions and suggested colors.
Stitch: Peyote, Brick, and Spiral Rope. 
Beads Used: 11/0 Cylinder, 15/0 Seed Beads and 11/0 Triangles. 
Approx Finished Size: 36-1/2" (Adjustable)
